1 Marmalade Jar
Unflavored Gelatin
1 Packet (0.25 Ounce)
Heavy Cream
2 1/2 Cups
White Sugar
1/2 Cup
Vanilla Extract
1 1/2 Teaspoons
Skim Milk

STEPS
1
Get your ingredients together. You're about to make magic.
2
Pour your milk into a mixing bowl. Add your gelatin powder and stir until everything is mixed in. Set aside.
3
Stir your sugar and heavy cream together in a saucepan. Place over medium heat and bring to a boil. Keep a close eye on the cream. It can misbehave and boil over.
4
As soon as the cream boils, add gelatin mix. Stir until it's dissolved. Stir and cook for a minute.
5
Remove pan from heat and add vanilla. Almost done.
6
Pour your mix into 6 ramekins. Leave everything uncovered to cool.
7
When cool to the touch, cover with plastic wrap. Ideally, leave it to cool overnight. We usually can't resist and let it set within 4 hours.
8
Add "Limoni" Meyer Lemon & Honey marmalade as garnish and enjoy.
